This toolkit aims to communicate the EPR law and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). WWF developed four toolkits, each catering to a specific stakeholder—i.e., policymakers, businesses, civil society organizations, and waste management operators. Among the toolkits that were developed, EPR Toolkit 2 aims to guide the business sector on the EPR Law, how to transition into a circular economy, and how this can be integrated into their operations.
