Description
This toolkit aims to communicate the EPR law and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). WWF developed four toolkits, each catering to a specific stakeholder - i.e. policymakers, businesses, civil society organizations, and waste management operators. Among the toolkits that were developed, this EPR Toolkit 3 aims to guide the waste management sector on how they can go about their operations with the implementation of the EPR Law and ensure that the EPR system is aligned with the current solid waste management system on the ground.
