This toolkit aims to communicate the EPR law and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). WWF developed four toolkits, each catering to a specific stakeholder—i.e., policymakers, businesses, civil society organizations, and waste management operators. Among the toolkits that were developed, this EPR Toolkit 4 aims to inform the consumers and general public about the EPR Law and increase their participation in this new scheme.
