The main objective of the workshop was to exchange best practices, knowledge and challenges for the design and implementation of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) systems, with a focus on South American countries. On a previous day, a national workshop was also held to introduce Uruguay's progress in this area, both at the national and municipal levels.
