Description
The State of Environment and Outlook Report was commenced in 2009 with support from the joint UNDP-UNEP Poverty and Environment Initiative. The 2010 SEOR provides a detailed account of environmental trends and dynamics using an Integrated Environmental Assessment (IEA) approach based on the DPSIR framework. This allows for continuity with previous reports, and facilitates the assessment of environmental change. It also provides policy analysis and offers analytical frameworks for decision-making.
