The scope of the present report covers only those factors which cause radiative forcing of climate change, and includes updated values of Global Warming Potentials. The full range of topics related to climate, including the response of climate to radiative forcing, will be covered in the second IPCC Scientific Assessment, scheduled for publication in 1995.
