The fourth meeting of the Contracting Parties to the Convention for the Protection, Management, and Development of the Marine and Coastal Environment of the Eastern African Region (Nairobi Convention) was held in Antananarivo, Madagascar, from 6 to 8 July 2004. The meeting was convened by the Secretariat of the Nairobi Convention at the kind invitation of the Government of the Republic of Madagascar. This report summarises the discussions and decisions of the four parts of the fourth meeting of the Contracting Parties.
