dc.description | Based upon the agreement of the Fourth NOWPAP DINRAC Focal Points Meeting, the Fifth NOWPAP DINRAC Focal Points Meeting was held on 10-11 May, 2006 in Shenzhen, China. Representatives of the NOWPAP Members: China, Japan, Korea, Russia and representative of NOWPAP RCU participated in the meeting. The Data and information Network Regional Activity Centre (DINRAC) acted as secretariat for the meeting.
