dc.description | This is an invitation for nominations for sustainable cold chain technologies and approaches.
This exhibition is organized as part of the United Nations Food Systems Summit and in support of the
Rome Declaration on the Contribution of the Montreal Protocol to Food Loss Reduction through
Sustainable Cold Chain Development. It is designed for public and private sector decision-makers,
including those who implement the Montreal Protocol, to be informed of the critical role of sustainable
cold chains in reducing food loss and waste and help them identify relevant, state-of-the-art
technology options. Food cold chain is the main focus right now, but cold chains for vaccines are also
considered. | en_US |
