This document summarises the current status and emerging trends related to the resilience of cities, infrastructure and settlement in the region against climate change. It also presents the barriers associated with the five enablers of resilient cities, infrastructure and settlements and the opportunities to support and catalyse transformative actions and potential actors identified.
